Tucked away just 1.7 miles west of Turning Stone Casino, Villa Verona is a warm and inviting retreat where laughter, good food, and great wine come together. Perfectly situated halfway between Syracuse and Utica, this hidden gem in the heart of Oneida County brings everything you need for a relaxing escape: locally made wine, fresh seasonal food, a full-service spa, live music, and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces designed for connection and enjoyment.
All of our wines are made right here on site, crafted in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels that guests can see through the windows of our Tasting Room. From crisp whites to rich reds, every bottle reflects the care and creativity of our winemaking process.
The property features a 1,600-square-foot Tasting Room and Winery, a 1,600-square-foot Bistro, and a 1,000-square-foot patio with seasonal tenting. You’ll find the same quality food available in both the Tasting Room and Bistro, from sharable plates and salads to lunch & dinner entrées and weekend brunch favorites. Pair your meal with wine flights, wine slushies, hard ciders, or local craft beers, and stay for the live music featured on select weekends.

The Winery
Taste your way through 14 locally made wines crafted on site in stainless and oak. Shop unique gits, settle into the tasting room or relax outside on our 1,000 sq. ft. deck. Pair your visit with local live music on select days and let the experience unfold.
The Bistro
There’s nothing better than great food shared with great company. Our Bistro is a welcoming spot to gather, enjoy sharable plates, salads, handhelds, specialty pies, and more—alongside wine flights, ciders, and craft beer. Indoor and outdoor dining available.
The Spa
Step into a relaxing retreat just steps from the vines. Our licensed professionals offer facials, massage, brow and lash services, and more to help you look and feel your best. Appointments are required, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.
