As the first winery in Oneida County, Villa Verona Vineyard holds a special place in Central New York’s wine scene. Located just 1.7 miles west of Turning Stone Casino and Exit 33 on Route 365, halfway between Syracuse and Utica, we’re a convenient and welcoming stop for both locals and travelers.
Every bottle of Villa Verona wine is made right here on the property. Our wines are carefully crafted in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, which guests can view through the windows of our Tasting Room. From crisp whites to smooth reds, each varietal reflects the care, creativity, and passion that go into our winemaking process.
We invite you to relax and enjoy more than just the wine! Our Tasting Room also serves our full menu, ready to pair perfectly with your favorite glass. Joseph Deal has taken on the role of Winemaker at Villa Verona Vineyard. His attention to detail, work ethic, and passion for wine making is a great asset to the winery. He is excited to bring his passion into the creation of new and exciting varietals.
Share the Experience
Group Tastings
Buses, bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and more — we welcome group tastings of all sizes. For groups of 10 or more, reservations are required so we can provide the best possible experience for every guest.
For $10.00 per person, guests can enjoy a tasting of any six wines of their choosing. Our tastings are personable and interactive, led by friendly associates who make it their goal to create a fun and memorable experience for your group.

Craft Flavors from New York State
We may be a winery, but we like to please all palates. Alongside our locally made wines, we continuously feature New York State craft beers, hard ciders, and liquor on rotation. Some of our customer favorites include Utica Club, Saranac Pale Ale, 1911 Black Cherry Hard Cider, Vodka Whips by Saranac, Frog Alley MOHOP IPA and Brown’s Oatmeal Stout.
